1.How do I track my order?

Please log into your account to find a tracking number and its tracking link or find those information in shipping notification email.

Most orders to the US can be tracked on track.4px.com. If the page loads in another language, please switch it to English on the top right of the page.

2. What if my package is lost?

We refund in full once we get a confirmation from carrier that the package is lost. Package loss is rare and the chance it happens to us is about 1/10000.
